60 Codman Hill Road

Total Construction was the design builder for assessing the highest and best use for the former Interactive Data Center headquarters, located at 60 Codman Hill Road Boxborough, MA. New ownership collaborated with us for over 12 months to determine the highest and best use including completely razing the property. We assisted ownership with providing design, concept drawings, renderings, pre-construction budgets, and guidance on navigating local planning board approvals to construct a new 80,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building. Ownership ultimately decided to significantly renovate the existing 2 story, 101,000+ square foot business use group facility, originally built in 1985, into a modern flex use facility. Total Construction led design, permitting, buyout and construction phase services in order to repurpose the building for a new end user.
