Total Construction was the design builder to assist ownership in developing a landlord construction spec, conceptual plans, budget, and scope of work to renovate a previously unoccupied 9,500 square feet of retail space. Construction began in February 2023 and was completed in May 2023.

Prior to a tenant fit out for a reputable furniture retailer the scope of work included improving and subdividing the unit.
