Total Construction was the design builder to assist a local gym owner in Leominster, MA to locate and select a second facility in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. We developed conceptual plans, budgets, and scope of work to renovate an 8,000 square foot storefront space. Construction to commence in June of 2024.
