Maxim Crane Works

Total Construction was selected to perform the design build of an 11,000 square foot office headquarters for a prominent national crane and rigging corporation. Total developed a full construction spec, preliminary to construction budget, full architectural and MEP permit drawings and scope of work to renovate this previously unoccupied IOS office space and warehouses. The project was separated into two phases to fast track the relocation of the end user’s operation from Boston. Phase 1 construction of the second floor began in late-January 2025 and was completed at the beginning of March 2025, a 6 week turn around.

Phase 2 construction of the first floor, occupied construction, began in mid-March of 2025 and will be completed in early May of 2025.
