Total Construction was contracted as a construction manager to assist with the development and construction of a new Class A 218,400 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution center in Hartford County, Connecticut.

Construction to commence in the second quarter of 2024.

Conventional steel column, barjoist, decking, and EPDM system
