The Commons at Boston Road

Total Construction completed the renovation of the Commons at Boston Road Amenity Center in Billerica, Massachusetts, transforming a 3,500-square-foot existing amenity space into a modern, multi-functional hub designed to enhance the resident experience. The project involved a complete reconfiguration of the existing layout to better support today’s lifestyle, creating flexible spaces for fitness, work, and community engagement.

The renovated amenity center features a new common area kitchen, dedicated work-from-home offices, a fully equipped fitness center with separate weight and cardio rooms, a yoga studio, new leasing offices, and a resident package room. Carefully selected contemporary finishes were incorporated throughout to modernize the space, while a new electrical service was installed to support the upgraded building systems and expanded amenities.
