CRISPR Therapeutics has brought together several of its office and laboratory operations into a new eight-story life sciences research and development facility in Boston’s Seaport/Fort Point neighborhood. Developed by Breakthrough Properties, the 263,500-square-foot building includes below-grade parking, a fitness center, a mechanical penthouse, and ground-floor retail space. Designed to achieve LEED Gold and Fitwel certifications, the building features expansive, lab-ready floor plates, floor-to-ceiling glass, and multiple outdoor terraces.
