The project involved the full demolition of an existing mattress store and the transformation of the space into a modern 3,500-square-foot retail and medical-use facility. Scope included significant structural roof enhancements with new steel improvements, along with the installation of two new rooftop HVAC units to support upgraded building performance. Our team managed a complete interior fit-out across all trades, coordinating labor, materials, and specialty finishes to meet LensCrafters’ operational standards. Procurement efforts extended across both national and international suppliers to secure critical components within an accelerated schedule.
